Launched in 2019, AZAdvances™ is designed to address needs including entrepreneurial support and early-stage capital within Arizona’s growing life science innovation sector. By supporting these entrepreneurs, we look towards a day when people who are at-risk due to health challenges can have hope for a healthier tomorrow.
Health challenges create at-risk populations across all demographics and social categories. They can affect the young, the elderly and everyone in between. AZAdvances has been designed to provide stable and sustained funding streams to support Arizona entrepreneurs as they advance health innovations along the journey from discovery to development and ultimately deliver life saving and life changing products and services that will benefit people in Arizona, across the United States, and around the world.
OTEF is again partnering with AZBio on this important project which operates as a division of OTEF and is supported by AZBio and AZBio’s grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration, a Bureau within the U.S. Department of Commerce.
